ABOUT US

Boniplast is a company with over 47 years of tradition, originating from a small workshop established in 1978. After many years spent in the center of Rijeka, in 2006 we moved our facility to a modern, spacious hall in the Rijeka suburb, specifically to Viškovo.

The main activity of the company is the production of plastic injection molding. Over the years, we have managed to achieve over 90% of our production through exports to renowned and demanding markets such as Germany, Italy, France...

The company also has its own tool shop where molds for injection molding are produced. Guided by high quality standards, we have satisfied clients throughout the European Community, and products made in our facility using these molds can be found on all world markets.

OUR SERVICES

Plastic Injection Molding

Injection molding is one of the processes by which plastic products are created. Thermoplastic raw material in the form of granules freely falls from the hopper into the heated chamber.

The granules slowly advance along the chamber, driven by a piston in the form of a screw, the so-called "screw", and melt and mix along the way. The molten plastic mass is injected through the nozzle under pressure into the mold where it takes the desired shape, cools and solidifies.

Since we have our own tool shop where we produce injection molds, the largest part of our production consists of injection molding services in our facility using these same molds, allowing us to offer our partners higher quality service, more flexible delivery deadlines, faster response to any changes, etc.

This is where all our injection molds are created. It all starts with an idea and/or drawing according to the user's requirements. The user defines the appearance of the desired product, while the construction of the injection mold itself is carried out by our experienced toolmakers.

The construction of the mold itself depends on the user's requirements: required product quantities, number of cavities in the mold, visible or invisible injection point, fineness of the final surface, injection material, weight of the finished product... to name just a few parameters.

We can quickly and qualitatively turn any idea into a tangible product. All you need to do is contact us with confidence. It is desirable that in addition to the idea itself, you have a drawing (at least conceptual), preferably a 3D model in one of the standard 3D CAD formats. The rest is up to us.

Guided by the principle of excellence, as recognized by clients throughout the EU, we have managed to achieve an export rate of over 90% through our work.

Products consisting of parts injection molded in our facility can be found on shelves worldwide or in the production facilities of renowned representatives of the automotive, electronic, process, and measuring industries.
